Bayer needed to offer Diabetic Care software, cables,
and test strips to the US market. We designed a method
to secure consumer information, send it to the Bayer
servers on a daily basis in a form that could be ready
for their main frame order entry system.
With over a million blood glucose meters in the market,
a post card registration system was also becoming burdensome
to Bayer. We devised a database system to accept meter
warranty registration information, and send it twice
a day to mainframe computers.
